My American Girl Dolls

-under construction-

Kaya ('aton'my)- 1964
My aunt bought Kaya for me for my birthday in 2010. She is my first and so farvonly Native American doll.

Felicity Merriman, Elizabeth Cole & Pru Martin- 1774
Felicity was my first AG doll, and I have a lot of her collection. The American Revolution has always been very interesting to me, and Felicity is still my favorite doll. I got her for Christmas 2006 and I bought Elizabeth with my own money in November of 2008. Pru, full name Prudence, is a renamed Marie-Grace doll. I bought her in July 2014 and thought she fit in Felicity's time period very well.

Josefina Montoya & Clara Montoya- 1824
I got Josefina for Christmas 2007, as a gift from my parents. She is my mom's favorite doll. In June 2014 she got sent to the AG doll hospital to get a new head because her wig was more than a bit messy. My boyfriend bought Marisol for me in June of 2014, and I renamed her Clara after Josefina's sister. I had always wanted to have a doll form of Clara.

Addy Walker- 1864
I bought Addy along with Kit with my own money in November 2009. She was my first African-American doll. Addy lives above a sewing shop with her mother and loves school.

Samantha Parkington & Nellie O'Malley- 1904
Samantha was my second doll and I got her for my birthday from my mom and dad in 2007. I love her time period, as you can see, because I have four dolls from the early 1900's. I regretted not buying Nellie before she and Samantha retired and so I bought her in May 2014 on eBay. After cleaning her up a bit, she looks as good as new. She is very unique and I love her wig and dress and well, everything. They both share their puppy, Jip.

Madeleine Waters- 1912
Titanic is my favorite movie, and one of my favorite stories as well. Madeleine is my first "Historical My American Girl" as she isn't custom. I bought Madeleine with my own money in spring 2011. She is a #24. Madeleine loves to read Shakespeare and loves to travel, and she is very calm but adventurous and curious.

Rebecca Rubin- 1914
I got Rebecca for Christmas 2009 from my parents. She is a very special doll to me, I love her story and her Jewish background. Rebecca wants to be an actress.

Kit Kittredge & Ruthie Smithens- 1934
I loved Kit ever since spring 2007, but it took me until November 2009 to buy her along with Addy. I love her collection and short hair, and she loves to write just like me. She adds a lot of character to my collection. I bought Ruthie in May 2014 after debating whether or not I wanted to get her after she was announced to be archived.

Molly McIntire & Emily Bennett- 1944
World War II is another of my favorite time periods, and I got Molly for Christmas 2008. I love Molly's collection and story. I bought Emily in spring 2010 and love her background as well.

Julie Albright & Ivy Ling- 1974
I got Julie for my birthday in 2008 from my parents. After wanting Ivy for years, I bought her in May 2014 before news of her archive surfaced. I have almost all of Julie's outfits.

Nymphadora Tonks- 1990
My first custom doll, from my favorite series, Harry Potter. I received and finished Nymphadora in April 2014, she was a JLY #2. The only thing I changed was her wig. Bought for self. Nymphadora is my favorite character in the HP series. Nymphadora prefers to go by her last name, Tonks. Tonks is a Metamorphmagus (which means she can change her appearance at will).

Chrissa Maxwell & Honor Matthews- 2009
My parents bought Chrissa for me after they came home from their trip to New York City in May 2009. I loved Chrissa ever since she came out and I was ecstatic when I got her. I bought Honor (I renamed Sonali this; I feel it fits her better) with my own money thirty minutes before she retired on January 1, 2010

Lindsey Evans, Mary-Kate Dawson "Katy", & Blaine Middleton- present
Lindsey (#19) is my sister's doll but she just hangs out with my dolls. Lindsey loves the beach and plays volleyball. Mary-Kate (#21), or Katy, was bought in May 2014 along with Ivy. She loves photography and reading the Harry Potter series. Her favorite band is Coldplay, and she plays acoustic guitar. Blaine (#45) is a ballet dancer, and has a husky puppy named Ollie. She wants to become a Broadway actress, and lives in an apartment with her mom and younger sister in New York City. Her favorite Broadway shows are Cats, Les Mis, and The Lion King. She is very open to new ideas and styles.

Other Pets: Penny, Starburst
